Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst (HCM/HRSD)Location : New York/ New JerseyContractJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Team who will be responsible for supporting technology driven enhancements and optimizations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced environment, and able to successfully prioritize work under tight timelines. You will collaborate closely with Corporate and Business Unit Finance, HR and Technology teams, and specifically the ServiceNow Development team to build and maintain technology solutions to support enterprise business processes.Job Responsibilities: Understand News Corp's and Business Units' operating models and commercial objectives and how they can be supported by efficient, standardized business processes Drive business requirements gathering through interviews and workshops with business units and stakeholders, develop options, identify pros and cons, and drive toward resolution Support multiple business units and business functions in clarifying their business needs and conveying these business needs into functional requirements Create and maintain business requirements documentation (BRD/FSD/TSD) and process documentation including data flows, diagrams and charts to support requirements Create functional requirements that will drive solution development Support the ServiceNow Development team in understanding the business needs and convey these requirements in a technical manner using user stories and use cases Coordinate with different departmental teams to find solutions to company processes and operations Document lessons learned at the end of each project (link removed) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Engineering or related field Prior experience in harmonizing business processes across federated business units with multiple ERPs and HCMs Strong business acumen, analysis skills including written communication and presentation development Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills with the ability to craft tailored solutions to meet the wide range of business needs across the organization 2+ Years ServiceNow experience required (Asset Mgmt and Workflow integration) 3+ years Media or Technology Industry experience preferred .
