APN Consulting has an immediate need for a requirement: Job Title: ServiceNow Developer - Standard Workflow Modernization 100% Remote Job Summary: As a ServiceNow Lead Developer specializing in Standard Workflow Modernization, you will be the primary driver behind the transformation and enhancement of existing workflows within the ServiceNow platform. Your role is critical in improving operational efficiency, user experience, and process alignment. You will lead a team of developers and work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of workflow modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Workflow Assessment: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and modernization. Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of modernized workflows, ensuring they align with organizational goals and best practices. ServiceNow Configuration: Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to implement modernized workflows, including the creation of custom modules, workflows, and UI components. Automation and Integration: Identify automation opportunities and integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools to streamline processes and data flow. Quality Assurance: Implement testing and quality assurance procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of modernized workflows. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end users to facilitate the successful adoption of modernized workflows. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of modernized workflows, configurations, and best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful modernization projects. Leadership: Lead a team of developers and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success. Security and Compliance: Ensure that modernized workflows adhere to security standards and regulatory compliance requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or relevant ServiceNow certifications. Proven experience in ServiceNow development and configuration, with a focus on workflow modernization. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively. Experience: 4-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on workflow optimization and modernization. Demonstrated experience in leading development teams on ServiceNow projects. Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and other relevant modules.
