We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Architect with Developer Experience to join our team and lead the design, development, and optimization of HR processes and solutions. Job Overview: As a ServiceNow HRSD Architect with Developer you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing HRSD solutions that enhance HR service delivery and employee experiences. You will work closely with HR stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals to design, configure, and maintain HRSD modules and applications while ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Leadership: Design and lead the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, ensuring they align with the company's HR strategy and objectives. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient HRSD processes. Development and Configuration: Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules and applications to meet the specific needs of the HR department. Design and implement integrations with other HR systems and third-party tools to streamline HR processes. Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for ServiceNow HRSD development, including coding standards, documentation, and quality assurance. Continuously monitor and improve existing HRSD configurations to optimize performance and efficiency. Team Collaboration: Work closely with ServiceNow developers and other IT teams to ensure the smooth deployment and operation of HRSD solutions. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers as needed. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain detailed documentation of HRSD configurations, processes, and integrations. Conduct training sessions for HR and IT staff to ensure they can effectively utilize HRSD features. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience Proven experience as a ServiceNow HRSD Architect with a strong understanding of HR processes. ServiceNow certification(s) related to HRSD, such as Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD, is a plus. Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD development and configuration. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages. Experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
