ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Contract, $65/hour W2

Location: Remote (CST)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow HRSD module in a global enterprise environment. Your expertise in core ServiceNow modules, scripting languages, and web services integration will contribute to the seamless development and implementation of new functionalities within the HRSD module.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow HRSD module in a global enterprise environment
• Expertise in configuring core ServiceNow modules, including workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, and catalog items
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Familiarity with JavaScript, XML, HTML, SQL, and PowerShell
• Knowledge of Service-Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)
• Ability to translate complex end-user requirements into system requirements and code
• Experience managing all phases of the application lifecycle in Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in version control systems; experience with Jira is a plus
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to design and build applications aligned with business goals
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and dynamic project needs
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement new functionality for the HRSD module, including Case and Knowledge management, Employee Center Portal, Virtual Agent, and HR Agent Workspace
• Provide technical assistance for software configuration, workflow administration, custom coding, scripting, and third-party integrations
• Troubleshoot, support, and enhance ServiceNow data feeds, including Workday Data Feed
• Troubleshoot and support Dynamic Translation for knowledge articles, chat, and case details
• Maintain technical documentation in Confluence for the ServiceNow HRSD implementation
• Adhere to company ServiceNow development standards and industry best practices
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow platform team and other departments to design solutions with a "Global Scope" impact
• Possess in-depth knowledge of various ServiceNow modules and functionalities

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

License/Certification:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Preferred)
