Position: ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst with GRC/IRM Location: Remote Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Information Risk Management (IRM) to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the successful implementation and optimization of ServiceNow GRC and IRM solutions. Your deep understanding of GRC and IRM processes combined with strong business analysis skills will be instrumental in aligning our risk management and compliance strategies with ServiceNow best practices. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, GRC teams, IRM teams, and IT teams, to gather requirements and understand GRC/IRM needs. Conduct detailed analysis of GRC/IRM processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation within the ServiceNow platform. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and technical requirements for ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation and customization. Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to support GRC/IRM processes, including risk management, compliance management, policy management, audit management, and information risk management. Collaborate with development teams to design and implement custom ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with GRC/IRM objectives and compliance standards. Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and facilitate end-user training for GRC/IRM solutions. Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules and functionalities. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and industry best practices related to GRC, IRM, and risk management. Assist in developing and implementing GRC/IRM strategies and frameworks within the ServiceNow platform. Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow GRC/IRM capabilities, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of GRC/IRM requirements and objectives. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with a focus on ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation and customization. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, with expertise in GRC modules (risk management, compliance management, policy management, audit management) and IRM capabilities. Solid understanding of GRC and IRM processes, frameworks, and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX. Proven track record of successfully implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration. Proficiency in business analysis techniques, requirements gathering, and process documentation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results. ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in GRC and IRM, are highly desirable. Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is advantageous. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL practices is a plus.
