Job Title: ServiceNow Solution ArchitectJob Location : Remote + Travelling Job Description:As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure that ServiceNow applications meet business requirements and are aligned with the organization's IT strategy.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions, including architecture, validation, and documentation.Analyze business needs and requirements to create technical solutions that meet business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and deliver technical solutions.Provide expertise in ServiceNow best practices and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and (link removed)municate and present complex technical solutions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Generate data models for the solution implementedProvide technical guidance to ServiceNow developers and administrators.Provide technical supervision to the delivery team.Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.Perform code reviews and ensure the quality of technical deliverables.Provide effort estimates and implementation schedules for architected (link removed)municate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Requirements:bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow architect or consultant.Strong technical understanding of ServiceNow platform, including administration, development, and integrations.Hands on experience in implementing ServiceNow (link removed)-depth technical knowledge of integration protocols and technologies, including REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, and others.Deep knowledge of CMDB & CSDMProven experience designing and architecting complex ServiceNow solutions.Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to develop solutions.Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Certifications:Certified ServiceNow System AdministratorCertified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist CSM/FSMCertified Application Developer (preferred)
