Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Administrator Location: Columbus, OH (Remote) Position type: 6-12 Months Job Description: Work as a member of a highly collaborative technology team to build and maintain complex solutions on the Salesforce platform. Support key business processes inSales Cloud, Service, Cloud, Field Service and Experience Cloud. Understand both contact center and field technician business processes and apply relevant Salesforce solutions to improve associate experience. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot / resolve issues as required. Interact closely with business partners and key stakeholders to enhance and support the Salesforce implementation.
