Job Description/Statement of Work: Set-up, integration, and validation of complex application environments, infrastructure, software, and data during the environment build process. Provide on-hours and off-hours support as necessary to meet Service Level Agreement commitments, working with Boeing application developers, DBAs and other support organizations to trouble-shoot and resolve production problems. Perform complex problem investigations and define and implement corrective action plans for resolution, to enhance reliability and maintainability. In addition to producing these deliverables directly, also provide guidance and checkouts of work by junior environment build team members. The Systems Integration Specialist is responsible for participating in requirements analysis and decomposition, design, development, internal testing, and the documentation of the application-application integrations1.
