Job Description: NEED Local Profile

I don't have a formal job description but below is a list of the primary responsibilities. Please note, this is an independent role so the BA will have to be seasoned enough to work independently. Excellent communication skills are a MUST.

Length: Ongoing contract (multi-year)

Location: Hybrid (primarily remote but may require onsite work in Harrisburg, PA - prefer candidates in PA that are 3-4 hrs driving distance)

Here is a list of my job responsibilities at PGCB.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and project teams to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.

• Utilize Azure DevOps for documenting requirements and ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

• Create detailed functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams within Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps.

• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather and validate requirements.

• Ensure all requirements are clearly documented, prioritized, and communicated within Azure DevOps to development teams.

• Continuously monitor and manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle using Azure DevOps.

• Take ownership of creating comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure thorough testing of software solutions.

• Execute system testing and collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.

• Support the testing phase by participating in user acceptance testing using Azure DevOps.

• Provide ongoing support to stakeholders and address any issues or concerns related to requirements.

• Actively contribute to improving and standardizing the business analysis processes within the organization.
