ResponsibilitiesAs a Renewals Manager, your accountability revolves around ensuring the net revenue retention of an assigned book of business. Your key responsibilities include: Guiding customers through the Onboarding and Adoption phases, improving customer health metrics and fostering decisions to renew, expand partnerships, and provide referrals. Conducting sales calls with existing customers using a value-based sales approach and predefined call structures. Managing operational processes related to contract amendments, encompassing upsells, upgrades, renewals, and cancellations. Identifying and pursuing opportunities for account growth, including upsell leads and additional feature access for existing customers. Active participation in driving the Advisor Direct Engagement Strategy. Engaging key contacts through marketing campaigns to enhance product adoption and growth opportunities. Maintaining accurate data in Salesforce related to accounts, contacts, and user information. Employment Type: Full-Time
