6. Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questionsand concerns with speed and professionalism.

7. Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls.

8. Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

9. Working with the sales team to develop targeted salesstrategies.

10. Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.

11. Maintaining client relations.
