ARServices is seeking a Requirements Analyst to join a large, dynamic team delivering support to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA) Research and Development Directorate (RD). The selected candidate will serve as a Requirements Analyst that supports the government with requirements management, analysis, and prioritization efforts within Counter-Weapons of Mass Destruction (C-WMD) projects, developing detailed plans, task tracking products, milestone dates and decisions to ensure proper sequencing of events, briefings, and budgets throughout the lifecycle management of the departments portfolio. The position requires an active TS/SCI Security Clearance. Principal Duties - Serve as a Requirements Analyst in the Program Integration Requirements Office (PIRO)
- Monitors projects, schedules, performance, milestones, and key events for multiple divisions within the departments portfolio
- Supports the development and implementation of measures that improve directorate-wide project and program integration processes
- Provide analysis of the organizations work stream that is focused on strategy and framework development
- Prepares executive level General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) briefing presentations in support of informational and decisional authority boards
- Maintain the task tracking and support requirements assigned to PIRO
- Advises and instructs personnel on administrative matters
- Submits weekly/monthly summary of deliverables in support of contract performance requirements
- Develops short and long-range goals for program objectives within assigned portfolio
- Liaises with multiple program managers, contracting offices, and contractors on procedures and methods to improve quality of work and business practices
- Performs other duties as required
Requirements - Active TS/SCI clearance
- 6+ years' experience in relevant areas
- Demonstrated experience in program/project management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Science, Finance, Mathematics or related discipline
- Ability to conduct abstract reasoning
- Ability to oversee daily activities of area or customer
- Ability to support development and/or execution of company policies, procedures, & guidance
- Ability to manage complex acquisition portfolios and associated requirements
- Ability to manage time and resources
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
Desired Qualifications - 3+ years in a Department of Defense
- Understanding of Counter-WMD Research and Development, portfolio and project management
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
