Job Title: Research Scientist-Formulator (Contract)

Location: Neenah, United States

Duration: 7 months

Job Description:

• Work closely with global scientists and subject matter experts to develop new formulations for consumer products.
• Conduct formulation optimization and stability assessment with minimal supervision.
• Document results and communicate effectively.
• Collaborate in a team environment and take work direction from the project leader.

Responsibilities:

• Support formulation development as a key member of a global team.
• Follow written procedures with high attention to detail.
• Perform tasks independently and maintain safety in the laboratory.
• Document findings and report promptly to team members.
• Collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Chemistry and/or Chemical Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in formulation roles or related fields.
• Technical knowledge and experience in formulation science.
• Efficient execution of laboratory protocols with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly, standardize protocols, and analyze data.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows suite, especially Excel.
• Record of success in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of microbiology and regulatory pathways for formulated products.
• Language skills beyond English are highly valued.
