We are currently seeking a special person to join our nursing administration team. As an RCM your key responsibilities will be:

 

• To assist the Nursing Admin team to create meaningful teams on each unit to provide exceptional care to our residents


• Supervise licensed nurses and C.N.A.'s within assigned area to build a cohesive team, train, supervise, mentor and be a resource to allow them to function optimally


• Work with QAPI projects, incident reports, infection control


• Provide hands-on assessment, evaluation and consultation of residents and resident care


• Cover rotating week-ends on call


• Work with survey training and preparation

• An active RN or LPN license in WA State


• At least two years of long term care experience and a passion for management and leadership


• Ability to be flexible as conditions for participation in Medicare are changing


• Proficiency in EMR and tech savvy abilities
