Experience:

• 2-5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above
• 2-3 years of experience working directly with OEM customer

Capabilities:

• Candidate must be self-driven to complete assignments on time and of exceptional quality
• Candidate must demonstrate a strong ability to work well with others, be customer focused, and handle conflict well
• Candidate must be able to prioritize assigned task according to the needs of the organization and customer
• Candidate should hold strong positive interpersonal skills, which play an important role due to the many differing levels of interface

Requirements:

Educational:

• BS/BA Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
• Programming languages (C, C++, Embedded C, or CapL script) a plus

Travel:

• Light travel between customer locations and Continental will be required

Some international travel could be required from time-to-time
