Solar Energy Solutions, the leading solar design, engineering, and construction company in the region, is seeking a Residential Director of Solar Sales to join their team. We are dedicated to helping homeowners harness the power of renewable energy, reduce their carbon footprint, and save on energy costs.

As the Director of Solar Sales, you will be responsible for leading the residential sales team and driving revenue growth through the development of customer relationships and sales strategies. In addition, Solar Energy Solutions is a Tesla Powerwall Certified Installer, so the Director will also oversee sales and installations of battery storage solutions. Responsibilities

  • Lead the residential sales team in achieving revenue and profitability goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase company revenue
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Foster strong customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities for residential solar sales
  • Establish partnerships and collaborations to enhance the company's market presence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in solar sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems, battery storage solutions, and related technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • A commitment to sustainability and renewable energy solutions
