Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a Residential Handyman to join our team. As a Residential Handyman, you will be responsible for a wide variety of repairs and maintenance tasks on residential properties. You will work to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner, and that residents and clients are satisfied with the results.

We are dedicated to providing clear communication and quality repairs to ensure that our clients' properties are always in top condition. Our services include roofing, gutters, siding, painting, plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, drywall repair/installation and more.

As a Residential Handyman, you will be an important part of our team, working on a wide variety of projects and repairs. You should have a strong background in construction, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. We offer competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of repairs and maintenance tasks on residential properties, including, gutters, siding, painting, light plumbing and electrical work, landscaping, drywall repairs/installations and more.
• Work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all repairs are up to industry standards and meet client expectations.
• Keep accurate records of your work by entring all information into portal.
• Communicate effectively with residents and management to ensure that they are satisfied with the results of your work.
• Identify areas in need of repair or improvement and make recommendations/estimates.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in residential construction or maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectivly with account manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
