Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a friendly Plumber to join our team in providing exceptional property management services. Responsibilities
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot pipe malfunctions and failures
- Calibrate plumbing-related equipment to standards and regulations
- Collaborate with general contractors and other construction professionals to ensure projects meet deadlines
- Provide guidance and direction to team members in matters related to plumbing
- Maintain records of plumbing fixtures, safety procedures, and installation techniques
- Suggest and implement changes to improve plumbing processes, procedures, and standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plumber
- Strong knowledge of the plumbing industry, codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Proficient with plumbing tools and equipment
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
