We are seeking a Roof Repair Specialist to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.
As a Roof Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for providing our clients with roofing services that meet their needs. You will work closely with our project managers, ensuring that all roofing repairs are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Our ideal candidate should be passionate, hardworking, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conducting initial inspections, determining the extent of roof damage and the required repairs
- Providing clients with detailed quotes for the necessary repairs and upkeep
- Installing, repairing or replacing roofing systems
- Ensuring that all materials are ordered and delivered in a timely manner
- Measuring the area that needs roofing services and accurately calculating the required materials
- Keeping detailed records of all roofing services provided
- Performing regular maintenance and cleaning of rooftops
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of experience in roofing repair and installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and precautions specific to the roofing industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Physical ability to climb up and work on rooftops and lift heavy materials
