  • High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Attendance, or GED.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Basic Life Support CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
  • Certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support
  • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist License in the State of Florida.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Card/ CPR Card.
  • ACLS, PALS required per department standards.
