Restaurant Manager (Salary: 25,000 per month)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead and motivate a team of staff members, including waiters, chefs, and cashiers.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, train, and schedule staff.
• Manage inventory and ensure food safety standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, costs, and labor.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Waiter/Waitress (Salary: 12,000 per month)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Present menu items and answer customer questions about food and beverages.
• Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Plating & Parceling Staff (Salary: 12,000 per month)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure food is plated and presented according to restaurant standards.
• Pack takeout orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with kitchen tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a food service environment (preferred).
• A keen eye for detail and presentation.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Master Chef - Indian, Chinese, Kebab & Tandoor (Salary: 30,000 per month)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of Indian, Chinese, Kebab, and Tandoor dishes according to established recipes and high-quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• May assist with menu development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to prepare a wide variety of Indian, Chinese, Kebab, and Tandoor dishes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Cashier (Salary: 15,000 per month)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately.
• Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier (preferred).
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
