Restaurant Supervisor responsibilities include:
- Interviewing, developing/training, and scheduling of staff.
- Lead team member shift meetings.
- Monitors and supervises shift activities and opening and closing duties.
- Interacts with guests to resolve any guest issues.
Restaurant Supervisor candidates must possess: - Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
- Minimum 2 years of current F&B Supervision/Management experience required in FOH operations or relevant degree in the hospitality program.
- Ability to immediately recognize potential areas of conflict
- Understanding of products and services, developing new prospects for the opportunity and understanding guest needs clearly.
- Ability to speak and write English.
