Job Description:
Employer: Yogi’s Kitchen Food Services (Victoria) Ltd.
Position: Restaurant Supervisor No. of vacancies: 1
Wage: $19.15/hour
Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
Location: 2527 Government Street, Victoria, British Columbia, V8T 4P6
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
Languages: English

Responsibilities
Establish methods to meet work schedules.
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
Hire food service staff, Ensure food service and quality control.
Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Prepare and submit reports, Prepare food order summaries for chef.
Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules.
