Job Responsibilities:

• Performs water mitigation under supervision of certified technicians.


• Performs tarping, boarding up, mold remediation repair, water extraction, pack-out of contents, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, and demolition.


• Performs water/fire/smoke damage repair as directed.


• Sets up and monitors air movers and/or dehumidifiers.


• Maintains quality control on each job.


• Ensures compliance with insurance companies and company standards and guidelines.


• Ensures all documentation is completed and submitted.


• Reports any equipment malfunction that may occur.


• Reports any customer problems/issues or damages found.


• Prepares documentation and pictures according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies.


• Interacts with customers and property owners to communicate job related information.


• Delivers focus and dedication to provide excellent customer service.


• Assists in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.


• Maintains a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintains all company equipment.
