We are a busy insurance restoration company located in Tempe and we are looking for a hard-working technician assistant to join our team. This position comes offers medical and dental insurance after 90 days of employment and vacation time after 1 year.. We prefer potential candidates to have prior experience with restoration and basic construction as the job duties may take place on site of our ongoing projects all across the valley. Due to the nature of the restoration industry, you may be required to work over time and be on call as needed which may include after hours, nights, and weekends. This position will mainly involved transporting materials and assisting other technicians on job sites. There is plenty of room for growth, especially with prior experience with emergency services and skilled trades.

Preferred experience may include:

*Drywall installation, repair,taping, hanging, and texturing

*Painting

*Insulation

*Door and trim installation

*Basic carpentry and framing

*Basic knowledge of cabinetry

*Basic knowledge of plumbing

*Knowledge and experience using various tools

Other requirements include:

*Ability to lift up to 100lbs.

*Flexibility and ability able towork 40 hours per week with overtime as needed. This may include nights and weekends.

*Willingness to travel to various job sites valley wide.

*Must be 100% dedicated. No second jobs are permitted with no exceptions.

*Must have great communication skills and be a team player.

*Must have reliable vehicle,preferably a truck. You will be paid an allowance for fuel.

*Must have a valid license and clean driving record.

*Must have current vehicle insurance.

*Reliability and willingness to work in a customer-orientated environment.

*Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test and background.
