ROLE: RETAIL Associate (Male/Female)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers when they walk through the door
Ask customers what they are looking for and show them relevant products
Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
Ring up sales and arrange for delivery or pick-up of the customers order
Upsell extra items when appropriate
Maintain Store display and follow the VM standards
Assist in maintaining the back stockroom
Following all the SOPs
Driving the store and individual targets
Collaborate with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organised
at all times
Pre-requisites:
Good command in both spoken and written English.
Should have a pleasing personality.
Excellent guest service skill.
Good knowledge of Sales.
2+ years customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work well on a team.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
Graduate in any field & related experience in Sales/Retail field.
Familiar with Point-of-sale systems, MS office, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 12,000.00 - 17,000.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
