Retail Human Resources Generalist Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist with prior retail experience to join our HR Team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of core HR functions ranging from hiring to onboarding to employee compensation evaluations. We currently have 7 stores located in NY and NJ and currently seeking to expand, this position will require you to travel between our stores and be the face of the HR department.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related fields.
2+ years of Human Resources in a retail setting.
Knowledge and understanding of employment/labor laws.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Great people and organizational skills.
Being able to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism on sensitive information.
Ability to commute to our stores in NY and NJ.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
