Vape Shop Blackfalds Ltd. DBA Cigar and Vape Studio Located at 4901 Broadway Ave, Blackfalds, AB, T0M 0J0 needs 1 Permanent, Full time Retail Store Supervisor to join their team ASAP.

Job duties:
1. Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers.
2. Create timetables and assign responsibilities to sales personnel.
3. Order products and keep the allocated inventory.
4. Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
5. Hiring, onboarding, and training new sales personnel are all included. Performance is also tracked and reported on.
6. Write reports on staff issues, merchandising, and sales volumes.
7. Guarantee that the store’s aesthetic standards and reputation are upheld, including the cleanliness, signs, and displays.
8. May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.

Job Requirements:
1. Completion of secondary education is required.
2. 2-3 years of previous experience required.

Terms of employment:
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Wages: $30.00 per hour. Overtime starts after 40 hours a week.
