Ultimate Care NY is a trusted leader in providing home health care services to thousands of New Yorkers for the past 20 years. They are looking for a passionate and dedicated Retention Specialist (Bilingual) to join their team. As a Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care and satisfaction. You will work with a diverse group of clients and be responsible for responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with patients and caregivers
• Create and implement customized plans to retain patients and caregivers
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction
• Work closely with other departments to resolve client issues
• Identify trends and provide feedback to management on opportunities for improvement
• Address client concerns and complaints and take corrective action as needed

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Experience in customer service or client retention
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of home health care services and related regulations and policies is preferred
