With 35 years of success serving the Buffalo-West Seneca Area, Dr. Martinez and his team are ready to welcome a new physician to continue their legacy of exceptional patient care.

Practice Highlights:

• Established private practice led by Dr. Carlos Martinez for over 35 years.
• Currently serving approximately 4400 patients, primarily in Rheumatology.
• Well-maintained facilities with up-to-date equipment and infrastructure.
• Strong referral network with local hospitals, offering opportunities for collaboration.
• Fully equipped infusion suite staffed with an LPN.

Work-Life Balance:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm (only 1st Friday of the month)
• Dr. Martinez often extends his hours to accommodate patient needs.
• Manageable patient load, with an average of 35-40 patients per day.
• Initial consultations handled by Dr. Martinez, fostering patient rapport.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on experience:New Grad: $250K-$275K/year
  
  
  
  • 3+ years of experience: $275K-$300K/year
  
  
• Become the controlling physician of the practice within a year
• Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and malpractice coverage provided.
• Full coverage for state, DEA license, and health insurance.
• 401K plan available after one year of service.

Candidate Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology.
• Open to considering International Medical Graduates (IMG) and American Medical Graduates (AMG).
• Willingness to participate in practice ownership transition discussions.
