Role: Data Center Operations Engineer

Location: San Jose, California (Hybrid)

Employment: Contract

Description:

• Troubleshooting experience in a variety of brands off compute, storage and network hardware including Cisco, Juniper, Supermicro, EMC, Netapp
• Good communication skills to work with multiple 3rd party vendors.
• Experience working with data center, Co-Lo providers shipping and remote hands services
• Ability to handle multiple tickets at one time, while being able to re-prioritize new incoming high priority tickets.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and common networking terms
• Knowledge of network cabling, optic types
