What You Will Be Doing
You will be using your extensive knowledge of siding, various types of roofing systems, and gutter components to look over and analyze job sites and damage photos to put together estimates and bids for the commercial roof repair side of our flourishing business. You will also be analyzing plans and creating takeoffs for new construction projects, including steep slope and flat roofs.
What You Need for this Position
- Experience estimating within the roofing and/or insurance restoration fields
- Commercial and multi-family Roofing experience preferred
- Estimator
- Project Management
- Re-Roofs
- New Construction
- Xactimate
- Estimating Edge experience a HUGE plus
