The successful candidate will have most of the following attributes:
- Understanding of the POP (Point of Purchase), Display industry
- Identify industry/application domains that have significant commercial opportunities
- Work with the internal teams and external partners to grow business in the new application domains.
- Manage the relationship with key strategic partners and act as their champion within the company.
Commercial acumen at a senior level and a track-record in relationship building, account management and negotiation across all levels of seniority in blue chip customers and with colleagues.
- Contribute to the development of new strategic areas that complement the Company Project vision.
- Communicate skilfully and develop strong, multi- dimensional relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- 10 years’ experience in a Sales background.
- Experiences of the POP (Point of Purchase), Display industry is essential.
- 5 years+ business development experience and senior Sales level.
- Experience of managing strategic partners.
- Proven track record of negotiating complex commercial deals with partners.
