The successful candidate will have most of the following attributes:




  • Understanding of the POP (Point of Purchase), Display industry

  • Identify industry/application domains that have significant commercial opportunities

  • Work with the internal teams and external partners to grow business in the new application domains.

  • Manage the relationship with key strategic partners and act as their champion within the company.



Commercial acumen at a senior level and a track-record in relationship building, account management and negotiation across all levels of seniority in blue chip customers and with colleagues.




  • Contribute to the development of new strategic areas that complement the Company Project vision.

  • Communicate skilfully and develop strong, multi- dimensional relationships at all levels, internally and externally.



 



Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:




  • 10 years’ experience in a Sales background.

  • Experiences of the POP (Point of Purchase), Display industry is essential.

  • 5 years+ business development experience and senior Sales level.

  • Experience of managing strategic partners.

  • Proven track record of negotiating complex commercial deals with partners.
