Job Description          

Has wide ranging experience and uses professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters  Conducts detailed project planning and directs ongoing process to review and assess impact of changes to project Determines potential options and ensures appropriate escalation selection and approval of decisions Leads process to recommend options to adjust project priorities and plans to optimize resources and manage program project risk  Leads multiple complex programs projects and facilitates activities of all cross functional teams to ensure that predetermined specifications and timelines are met Responsible to facilitate all scrum ceremonies daily scrum backlog refinement sprint planning sprint demo and retrospective meetings Responsible to track and close the impediments for the scrum team Responsible for scope delivery within the Sprint Should be able resolve conflicts with in the scrum team Should ensure a healthy Sprint backlog is maintained Responsible for maintaining sprint reports in JIRA Should safe guard the team from external interference which may affect the Sprint Goal Should be able to drive Innovation from the Scrum team Encourage collaboration between the Scrum team and the Product Owner Should implement best practices within the team Monitor project progress provide timely feedback and drive a culture of agility and learning

• Knowledge in designing all types of ADSO and HANA Composite Providers
• Strong Knowledge of ABAP and AMDP Scripting Optimize Existing  ABAP Code in Transformations 
• Convert to AMDP Script  Ability to Convert legacy 3x Data sources and Data Flows Knowledge of Model Conversion  
• Data Flows Multi Providers to Composite Providers Cubes to ADSO
• Understanding of Analytics Tools  BEX Analysis for Office  Lumira Business Objects BOBJ Tools
• Strong Knowledge of Eclipse Modeling Tool Knowledge in developing HANA DB Views
• Understanding of SDI and knowledge in provisioning data from external Databases
