With the implementation of the new UBOS solution, the Client is implementing the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) based on SAP S/4HANA. The Client is engaging a System Integrator (SI) to perform the implementation; however, the Client has limited experience in the BRIM functionality and technical details. This position is to understand the Client's needs and desires and work with the SI to implement a fully functional and reliable BRIM Application as part of UBOS. This position is responsible for the Functional and business process portion of the BRIM implementation and its posting to SAP S/4 HANA Finance module and validating all the functional aspects of the integrations with BRIM for UBOS. This position will end approximately at the end of the UBOS implementation project

Responsibilities

  • Study and understand the Client's current Billing and Revenue structure and functionality which is largely done in a proprietary system.
  • Study and understand the Client's desired Billing and Revenue functionality for UBOS.
  • Using knowledge gained to coordinate changes and designs to the UBOS and the Client's other technologies to assure the Client's needs are met and including following the standards and policies.
  • Act as Client's BRIM subject matter expert and represent the Client in meetings and workshops and works with the UBOS SI team to ensure Client's needs are met.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to raise concerns and possible issues to the Client leadership with enough details for the Client leadership to decide on how to proceed.
  • Develops and maintains plans and other documentation as required using Client established standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies.
  • Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
  • Follows the tasks and other duties assigned by the Client.
  • Leads, and participates in project team meetings and activities for Billing and Revenue work efforts related to enterprise systems
  • Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
  • Reviews SI's documentation on behalf of Client and advises to the Client UBOS IT Program Manager on acceptance of the documentation.
  • Performs hands on testing as part of Client's acceptance of the SI's solution and provide their opinion to Client's UBOS IT Program Manager on when a deliverable meets Client's needs and desires and if doesn't, provide documentation needed for Client to rectify any issues with the SI.
  • Assists with conducting lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement.
  • Follows the tasks and other duties assigned by the UBOS IT Program Manager

Desired Skillset

The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementations of various sizes. Implementation experience for a tolling back office or for a large-scale call center based back office is highly desired. Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Work, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft Project.

Additional beneficial skills include:

ServiceNow Experience in PPM and ITSM modules

Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects

ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies

Provide daily and hourly direction and support to the IT UBOS Team as assigned

Work with the business departments' staff and determine priorities and schedules for the work to be performed

Ability to work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned

Utilizes various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties

Performs related duties as assigned

1 successful SAP BRIM implementation experience in an SAP S/4 HANA landscape. Required

Bachelor's degree in business management or information systems. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted. Required

Question 1 This is a hybrid, mostly remote position. Candidate may be required to travel to the commission's headquarters on a as needed basis mainly for the critical phases of he project such as requirements gathering, solution confirmation, System Integration testing, UAT, Go-live, and hyper care. No additional travel expense will be provided. Do you accept?
