Job Title: SAP CRM Trade Promotion Management/Customer Business Plan Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP CRM Trade Promotion Management/Customer Business Plan Consultant to join our team. As a consultant in this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing development activities related to SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Customer Business Plan (CBP). You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide solutions, and enhance the global template with technical specifications and customizations. The ability to deliver high-quality work products conforming to client standards and requirements is crucial. Strong ABAP development skills within SAP CRM, TPM, and CBP are essential, as well as experience in integrating CRM with BW and S4 systems. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of technical specification and development, testing, and regular interaction with onsite and offshore teams.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute development activities for SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Customer Business Plan (CBP).
• Understand client requirements and provide solutions, enhancing the global template with technical specifications and customizations.
• Deliver work products, such as ABAP development packages and reports, that meet client standards and requirements.
• Hands-on development experience in ABAP within SAP CRM, TPM, and CBP.
• Integrate CRM-BW and S4 systems.
• Contribute to technical specification and development, technical unit and integration testing.
• Regularly interact with onsite and offshore teams within and across deployment.
• Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls.
• Prepare test scripts and perform testing post TPM/CBP implementation.

Skills/Experience Requirements: MUST HAVE:

• Strong ABAP development skills, specifically in SAP CRM - TPM, CBP.
• Sound knowledge of CRM integration with S4 and BW (Planning) and ABAP development within S4.
• Ability to understand SAP S4-TPM global template and enhance it with new features, customizations, and reports.
• Hands-on experience in ABAP, including implicit enhancement, BADIs (MKTPL, CGPL, etc.), standalone report programs, and UI5 in SAP CRM, BW, and S4 modules.
• Knowledge of Customer Business Planning, Trade Promotion Management, Sales & Distribution, Pricing, and Billing in S4.
• Proficiency in master data management, including customer, customer hierarchy, product, product hierarchy, target group, etc.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Previous experience working on at least one SAP CRM/TPM project as a technical consultant.
• At least 8+ years of experience working on SAP CRM ABAP.
