Main Accountabilities

Responsible for leading and supporting all India employees to get their travel reimbursements on time.

Providing on time support in resolving employees queries with effective communication.

Good Accounting Knowledge.

Should follow the Policy Guidelines strictly while processing employees claims.

Should follow up for employees foreign travel advances and ensure that it gets settled on time.

Resolving Technical issues by connecting with the Global Team.

Preparing Forex excel sheets of employees to settle the foreign travel expenses.

Abilities to handle employees with good patience.

Qualifications

BCOM or BBA

Minimum 2 years of experience from Concur is Preferred.

Excellent Communication Skills.

Ability to handle pressure.

Good MS-Excel Knowledge.
