CURRENT FUNDED OPEN ROLES, supporting DoD remote work, requiring US Citizenship with Active Secret Clearance:
1. Agile Architect; 10 years software development/information technology experience including Agile Transformation from Waterfall Methodology, SAFe Agile in SAP implementation/major enhancement environment that resulted in several Epic deployments of SAP business processes and capabilities, with SAP S/4 Hana Federal Project Management experience. Support project management, schedule and assign work, monitor progress, ensure compliance with work/quality standards and contract/task requirements, prepare/provide input to management. Lead Transformation effort working with other Agile Team members, revise System Engineering Plan from Waterfall to Agile Methodology and design new Agile SDLC method based on workshop requirements, as well as contribute to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
2. Celonis Solution Analyst SME / LCAT: Business Analyst - Journeyman 01 012524; D2 years design, build, test and deploy Celonis 4 application for business processes and support Celonis implementation and post-production tasks, using Celonis deployment using SAP/ERP as the primary data source. (link removed) Celonis Process Mining with Celonis 4 4.6 version; ability to code PQL scripts for data modeling, design front end views, analyses. Use Process Query Language (PQL) to build front end components to meet the requirements set by the business and create KPIs. Develop data model codes for the back-end data models using PQL/SQL, and front-end user interface dashboards, views, analyses, KPIs, reports and process rules. Develop business process dashboards and reports from source data, identify as-is processes and present output to stakeholders. Analyze source data, identify inconsistencies, and recommend process improvements based on SAP standards.
3. Functional Analysts; (need 9 people), Journeymen and Mid-Level, Design, Configure and Develop MM, FI/FICO/FM, AM Module interface.
4. Process Engineer; 9 years SDLC with DevSecOps process re-engineering principles, practices, and methodologies, integrating security automating security processes to develop a hybrid model. Leading roadmap development efforts developing SDLC from scratch with SAP S/4 HANA as well as 5 years Support and lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives, Implement Enterprise Business System, (including Requirements, IVV, Change/Release, Test, Project & Portfolio Management, Cyber Security, Cyber Security, Cloud Hosting/Network Infrastructure, and Software Engineering). Functions as both a functional and technical expert across multiple project assignments as well as Develop System Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) document, collaborate with team members and contributes/presents at Agile/SAFe ceremonies.
