SAP FICO Application (Integration) Engineer

Location: San Ramon, CA
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our business solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist business and cross techno-functional team (SAP & Non-SAP) in the management of multiple projects.
Individual contributor for the role.
Establish effective working relationships directly with business/team members.
Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen.
Continue to develop internal relationships.
Required Experience:
10+ years of overall experience and 8 to 10 years of working on the FI-CO module in SAP implementation projects.
Sound knowledge in Financial Accounting, Management Controlling, and Taxation.
Working experience with Oil and Gas Industry
Hands-on experience (MUST) in configuring/solutioning the following modules -
o SAP FI - Expertise in Basic configuration of SAP
o SAP FI - General Ledger Accounting, Taxation
o SAP FI - Account Receivable and Payable
o SAP FI - Good understanding and experience in Bank integration for ARs/Aps
o MM-FI- SD integration
o SAP CO - General Controlling
o SAP CO - Cost Center Accounting
o SAP CO - Internal Order Accounting
o SAP CO - Profit Center Accounting
o SAP FI/CO Month End closing Process
Must have worked on SAP Order to Cash (OTC) and FI-SD Integration
Experience and knowledge of peripheral tools such as Energy Trading Risk Management (ETRM)/ Solarch Right Angle (SRA)(or similar Downstream ecommerce platform tool for Oil and Gas Industry to manage Fuels/Lubricants) etc. and basic understanding of how they integrate with FI/CO - SD/MM.
Hands on experience to interfaces like ALE/IDOC and EDI/IDOC with little technical knowledge
Hands on experience to work with Middleware's (PO/PI, WebMethods, etc.)
Support experience in SAP FI interfaces (Inbound/Outbound) knowledgeable in setting up T9AI*/T9AO* tables and in processing inbound/outbound interfaces; and ability to troubleshoot and review related SAP jobs and BDC sessions.
Worked on ITSM tool such as Service Now (SNOW), CHARM, etc.
Team handling / people management skills.
Scrum and Project management.
Excellent communication skills
