Job Details:

Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) *

12+ years of experience configuring, deploying, and managing SAP ERP with a focus on SAP RTR functional area which includes project systems and assets accounting processes, COPA, G/L, and all other submodules within RTR value stream.
2+ years of SAP S4 HANA Experience preferred.
Program and project experience operating under a SAFe/Agile methodology.
Strong understanding of the s4HANA based RTR/Finance functional processes and business process knowledge for CPG companies in North America
Deep knowledge of integrations with other modules including finance, procure to pay and order to cash.
Previous leadership role on a major SAP transformation project
Responsible for coordinating amongst members of different teams to address and resolve any issues or problems, escalating to vendors, partners and other support managers as required.
Partner closely with external vendors, including onshore and offshore resources.
Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
Ability to partner and collaborate with business SMEs of PepsiCo and project implementation team to deliver quality solution in ownership.
Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments. Consulting background a plus

1. Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements.
2. Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have SAP SolMan 7+, Azure Dev Ops, Quality Center, and MS Project

Education/ Certifications (Required): Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

1.) Write business requirements, design documents and error free coding.
2.) Provide support to Technical team to identify the issue and resolution.
3.) Functional Support during the life cycle of incident
4.) Work with client PMO team & offshore team members to create/perform Project Management deliverables and stage gates.
