Job Description: SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: - Assist with issues mm logistics team cannot resolve and lead major projects related to srm, on mm and the planning of future modules
- Year-end activities and agency master data configuration updates. Bcb restructuring activities
- Supplier self service (sus) eprocurement, vendor registration; document builder reconfiguration and updates for t's and c's, s4 hhana planning, etc.
- Working with agencies on large projects: state fiscal accountability authority and department of transportation.srm and hr organizational structures integration
- Perform unit testing and integration testing in mm/srm and set up the test data, test scenarios and test scripts as required.
- Determine functional requirement definitions through analysis of current as is and targeted business processes to be
- Responsible for planning and executing sap implementation activitiesactivities related to sap srm, mm and future modules
- Understand customer requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly
- Provides production support to users in issues pertaining to srm, mm- logistics as required
- Monitors the master data replication from mm to srm, providing team support in resolving replicationreplication failures
- Monitors rfc queues and xml messages
- Troubleshoots srm workflow and org structure relatedrelated issues
- Provides resolution of sap defects via sap oss, research and the implementation of applicable notes
DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: - Facilitate requirements sessions for year-end close out and other projects such as eprocurementprocurement supplier self service, vendor registration, document builder, business-rules framework(brf) and srm hr organizational structures integrations.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing state processes and assist functional teams with technical direction to design high quality solutions.
- Configure, test and implement new requirements in supplier relationship management (management (srm) 7.42.
- Troubleshoot, identify and resolve problems that occur with programs or software across multiple functional areas.
- Document processes, designs and testing activities.
- Involved in the lifecycle of all projects from design through go-live.
- Research sap/oss notes to resolve issues
- Other duties as assigned/as project needs necessitate.
REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): - Experience with sap public sector
- 7+ years of sap supply chain management
- 5 years of experience with multiple full cycle sap public sector rollouts and upgrades
- Experience with srm 7.0 or higher in public sector (including srm portal)
- Experience with implementing supplier self service
- Experience with srm and hr organizational structures
PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): : - Experience With Document Builder
