The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in managing cutting edge technology applications. SAP Technical SRM Consultant capable of handling & communicating with the client for various business needs in Functional consultants for Customer Services (CS) module
Technical Skills:
We need a techno-functional consultant to work in US CST in Customer Service (CS) module.
Basically, the resource should have good knowledge in the following areas
Contracts, Entitlements, Service Orders, Renewals, Functional Locations, Installed Base, Equipment and Serial Numbers, Returns and Repairs
Variant Configuration, variant pricing
ABAP knowledge is a strong plus.
Process Skills:
Capable of analyzing requirements as per project defined process.
Initiate/ participate in peer reviews.
Ability to execute test plans, create test cases and contribute to implementation plan with business and technical knowledge.
Behavioral Skills:
Resolve technical issues of projects.
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Candidate should be willing to work in different shifts.
Qualification:
Education qualification: B. Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college. Certification is added advantage.
