HR/SuccessFactors Training Role

Contract: 4 months

Has to be in Houston, TX Onsite/Hybrid

We are looking for a SAP HR/Payroll (Success Factors) trainer, but they need to be functionally strong with HR/Payroll and based in Houston to allow for onsite training pretty regularly.

Our client fast-tracked their SAP S4/HANA implementation and this compressed the time for user acceptance testing (UAT) and user training. As a result, the users know the basic mechanics of how to work within SAP, but they don't have a true understanding of how SAP works in terms of supporting business processes.

In short, they know what buttons to click and how to navigate within SAP, but they lack the knowledge of how SAP supports workflows and transactional processing. Examples may include:

• Creating and maintaining employee onboarding workflow
• Setting up and running off-cycle payrolls
• Defining recruiting and talent management workflows

• Conduct training needs assessment
• Develop training priorities and strategies
• Conduct training sessions
