Responsibilities

Implementation of SAP/Hybris Solutions to enhance the client's business functionality and overall performance
Participate in the business analysis process and provide product and implementation expertise to clients in how best to implement and use the system, identify scope gaps, advise on workaround solutions when applicable.
Communicate on project progress to engagement manager and scrum masters
Provide expertise on the functional and technical implementation of SAP Hybris Commerce, its various administrative cockpits and the SAP Hybris Accelerators. Lead client discussions mapping business requirements to the SAP Hybris platform.
Provide consultation to client stakeholders and business users in Omni-channel-specific business topics, including product catalog modeling, inventory management, customer service, b2b customer management, b2b procurement, demand generation, promotion strategy, cross-channel commerce and more.
Understand SAP Hybris data structures, facilitate discussions about data models and leverage expertise and past experience to anticipate business implications of data modeling decisions and make necessary compromises.
Must have skills

Experience in Hybris Account Management (B2B & B2C), catalog management, order management, promotions, pricing and other B2B/B2C eCommerce concepts.
Experience in Hybris foundational concepts with understanding of multi-channel, multiple site, multi-tenant scenarios, Hybris data modeling, Data integration and data migration activities.
Experience of working in SAP Hybris Commerce project as technical consultant implementation, enhancement or support.
Experience in working with Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) including Java, Servlets and JSP.
Participate in sprints planning and help technical team to understand the design and provide technical help when require.
Other Required Skills

Approximately 8 to 10 years of total experience and Hybris Implementation experience in minimum 5 projects.
4 5 years implementing Hybris Commerce
Concrete understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework
Experience of implementing and/or supporting large web-based applications server-based systems/networks, ideally within an external customer facing and SLA- driven environment.
Knowledge on software architecture and multiple project methodologies: waterfall, agile, Scrum, et al.
Strong academic record including a degree in Computer Science, Business or another related field
