SAP ISU Technical lead

Location: Berlin, CT

Job Description

1. The SAP Utilities Technical Lead is directly accountable/responsible for successful project delivery of SAP Utilities engagements.
2. This individual provides hands-on leadership & direction to the team as well as manages client relationships.
3. The Project Manager will also be heavily involved in business case development & performance measurement.
4. This is a hands-on consulting delivery role. This is not account management or business development role.
5. Preferred Candidates should have management consulting experience with Utilities clients on SAP engagements & have the PMI Certification.

Key Skills expected

1. Deep understanding and experience with the SAP Utilities Industry Solution (IS-U)
2. Deep understanding of Customer Service processes in the Utilities Industry
3. Experience with the SAP CCS solution in a Utilities environment.
4. Work Design, GIS, Mobile Workforce Management
5. Mobile Workforce Management (Crew Scheduling; Dispatch; Mobile Data Collection)
6. Project Systems (Large Capital Projects)
7. Materials Management
8. Services Procurement / Contractor Management
