Role: SAP MM Consultant
Work location: CARY, NC (Onsite)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The responsibilities include the following Business User and Technical Support services:
Assist end users on site with inquiries and incidents/problems
Take ownership of problems until full resolution
Provide solutions as appropriate on the spot
Provide follow-up to the user on the status of the problem until resolution
Verify problem resolution prior to closure
Escalate the problem as required
Record incident in the Panaya system
Escalate issue resolution with Hypercare Command Center and other NAMT Hypercare resources
Provide advanced problem resolution for Level 1 problems as escalated
Determine the functional area of the problem being reported, e.g. process, data, systems, training, etc.
Provide detailed analysis of the problem
Resources should have at least 3-6 years in SAP with most of the following areas:
Logistics and distribution
Delivery processing
Outbound delivery processing
Shipping, (via ProcessWeaver)
Returning goods to factory
Plant Warehouse Management
Inbound Processing
Putaway Process
Outbound Processing
Stock Removal Process
Goods Movements
Shop floor Replenishment
Physical inventory
Cycle Counting
Material Management
Supply Planning
Item Creation (via Fletch)
