Role: SAP Plant Maintenance Work location: ATLANTA , GA (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description "The incumbent is responsible for the designing SAP solutions to the business needs, Functional Support/Business Analysis role in the SAP PM area. Deliver projects to enhance the current state according to the new and improved system and infrastructure requirements. Responsible for the maintenance and production support of Business Process enhancements and interfaces to/from the SAP Plant Maintenance module. Design and perform testing to ensure systems work as expected. Will work closely with other module Functional and Technical architects, Business Systems Analysts and Developers to design and implement solutions that are flexible, scalable, and reusable while meeting the business needs in timely manner. The current SAP environment has many custom IDOC Interfaces in place, therefore, the person should be very familiar with this kind of set up as quick resolution is required in this area. Should be conversant with the testing aspects of a multi-client and multi-SAP system set up including regression testing for different business units. Should be good at Documentation including Functional Specification development. Should have Client facing skills and be good at conducting meetings Must have 5+ years of experience as a functional analyst supporting Plant Maintenance, with an excellent understanding of MM/EWM and able to resolve out-of-balance issues and fix any discrepancies between Plant Maintenance and MM/EWM modules. Deep understanding of the Plant Maintenance processes in the following areas are required Plant Maintenance Configuration Plant Maintenance Master Data objects including Equipment, Task List, Work Centers Plant Maintenance execution processes including Notifications and Work Orders Must be capable of working independently with all levels of people in the organization and have a high degree of multi-tasking capabilities. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in order to communicate complex technical solutions and expertise to others. Must be highly proficient in functional and technical design, testing and trouble-shooting techniques Customer communication skills. Organizational and presentation skills. Working knowledge in software, hardware and database management systems. Must be able to "juggle" many tasks simultaneously and possess the agility to shift focus in response to the daily issues that arise. Have general knowledge of finance and accounting practices and total company operations. Knowledge & understanding of the following SAP modules: PM Basic understanding of ABAP programming language Familiarity with SAP's Service Marketplace & SAP Notes ICS control sets and test cases applicable to SAP system. Primary SAP Plant Maintenance Skills with hands on configuration, customization and integration with SAP MM/EWM and Yard Logistics. Basic understanding of ABAP for debugging. Good communication skills and independently can work on requirements"
