Role: SAP Product Safety and Stewardship Management EHS Work location: HOUSTON, TX (Remote) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: SAP EHS. - Candidate should have bachelor's or equivalent degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
- Demonstrates expert knowledge of SAP EHSM Incident Management, SAP Product Safety and Stewardship Management (on HANA is added advantage).
- Candidate should have strong knowledge of Industry Product Compliance processes, integrations with logistic modules.
- Demonstrates end to end process knowledge and having implementation experience for following processes: Regulatory Content Management, REACH, RoHS, China RoHS and Product.
- Compliance Management, Product Safety Compliance Management, Compliance check process, Campaign Management, BOMBOS, Custom compliance solutions.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of standard and custom compliance reports and should be able to deliver the standard solution. Must have strong knowledge of HANA platforms.
- Should have hands-on experience in integration with different SAP or non-SAP systems along with a very good understanding of SAP EHSM solution on HANA 1709.
- Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase their business profitability.
- Good knowledge of software configuration management systems.
- Awareness of the latest technologies and Industry trends.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
- Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available.
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.
- One or two industry domain knowledge.
- Client Interfacing skills.
- Project and Team management on SAP EHS.
Responsible for: - Independently handle large implementation projects with a focus on Environment Health & Safety Discrete or Process Industry processes by Identifying, evaluating, and monitoring risks.
- Leading the team that is assigned to, in functional capacity, adding value to the project and to the final deliverables.
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
- Responsible for defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts, and project timelines.
- Participating in RFP discussions and estimating under guidance from a Bid Manager.
- Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems.
- Delivering billable components that meet a customer's needs.
