This is an hybrid position. (Monday's and wednesday's at onsite in Woodlands, TX).

FUNCTIONAL

QM(80%)

• 8+ years of experience as a SAP QM Functional consultant
• Experience implementing 1+ full life cycle implementations.
• Adept in QM processes including Batch Management, Sampling procedures, Inspection Plans, Batch determination. Inspection process for incoming, in process, ad-hoc, final and certification of analysis
• Having strong working knowledge of S4 Hana in QM module and integration points with SD & MM modules and good understanding of S4 Capabilities in QM Module-Sampling / Labels, Specifications, Testing & Calculations, In Process Inspections, QM process for Inbound/Outbound deliveries, Inspection setup with different goods movements and Stability studies & Reports
• Able to understand QM Business processes and configure QM Master data, Quality Inspection, Batch Characteristics, Certificate of Analysis, inspection methods, batch search procedures, usage decision.
• Interfaces to quality systems like LIMS and Spec web.
• Material movements between quality and unrestricted stock -
• Knowledge of the integration between QM with PP, MM and SD/LE
• Ability to create RICEF documents and work with the technical team all the way to implementation
• Setups of workflow groups, set workflows on the sales order, delivery, credit, and product availability.
• Workflow based on order value for approvals.
• Work with the SAP HR to establish the proper workflows.

PP 4+ years of PP experience.(20%)

• Configure and maintain the relevant SAP S/4HANA components including but not limited to Production Planning & Scheduling, Production Execution and Quality Management.
• Hands-on experience in Discrete and Repetitive manufacturing, MRP & MRP Live, Backflush, BOM, Routers, Product Costing, Shopfloor systems and integration with SD, MM/ IM and WM.
• Good experience in end-to-end processes of SAP Production Planning and execution (Demand Management, Sales and Operations planning, MRP, Long term planning, Flexible Planning, Capacity Planning, Production order management and execution, Order settlement and Product costing) with good cross functional knowledge and experience in other SAP modules like MM, SD and FI and CO.
