Working Knowledge on Application Operations such as System Monitoring, Application Monitoring, Interface Monitoring & Message Monitoring
Working experience on ChaRM Configuration
Sound Knowledge on Process Management and Test Suite
At least One End to End implementation Project experience of Solution Manager 7.2
Good to Have skills:
Business process operations configuration with BPMON,
Focused Run
Standard Root Cause Analysis configuration
CCLM, SEA, BPCA and DVM
SAP Cloud ALM
Soft skills:
Ability to handle customer independently
Ability to communicate fluently in English and present ideas independently
Flexible to adapt with the Project timelines
